Terms
The terms of sale set out here apply to books sold by Book Hill, ordered from the Book Hill website at www.bookhill.com.np. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Book Hill reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Orders and Prices
Book Hill uses e-Sewa as online purchasing system.
Book Hill accepts payment with the debit/credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at the time of purchase.
All prices may be subject to change. Prices for specific works may rise as an edition begins to sell out.
The description and price of books will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Book Hill will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.
While ordering online, you will be paying using e-Sewa. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Book Hill has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Book Hill by email at info@bookhill.com.np.
Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the Book Hill website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times.
Books ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.
Book Hill will endeavour to deliver purchased book within 7 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email at the time of purchase.
If Book Hill is unable to deliver your order within 14 days, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.
Book Hill is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Book Hill is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
Payment Security
Book Hill uses e-Sewa for online payments. e-Sewa allows us to safely process your payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible.
